The Recruiting Roadmap for Your Whole Team
MCM Consulting · Margaretrose Cox · For parents, high school coaches, athletic directors and booster clubs
A lot of small-school athletes wait to be found. The Recruiting Roadmap is a plain-language guide that takes an athlete and their parents through it step by step: when to reach out, what to send, and how to get seen without a scout in the stands.
What each family gets
A 35-page, month-by-month plan for families of high school athletes: what to do each year, what to say to coaches, and how to compare offers without getting taken by paid services.
- Grade-by-grade checklists, 9th to 12th, with NCAA, NAIA and JUCO rules and official links
- Fill-in coach emails and phone scripts your athlete can use tonight
- School scoring worksheet and scholarship offer comparison
- Red flags of paid recruiting services, plus an athlete readiness check
