The Teen EQ Assessment is for students who aren't playing a college sport. For athletes, the Recruiting Profile ($395) is the DISC + EQ version built for recruiting, with a How Coaches Will See You report and a 45-minute debrief.

How does it work after I buy?
Your teen's personal assessment link arrives by email within one business day from reports@theeqproject.net (please check spam). Once they finish, you book the 30-minute debrief with Margaretrose.
Do you meet in person?
The debrief is held on Zoom, so families anywhere in Tallahassee, the Big Bend, or beyond can join easily.
Is this a psychological test?
No. It is not a clinical or psychological evaluation. It's a practical look at how your teen handles stress, relationships and decisions, and what to practice next.
